Terms of use §1 To participate at Xenyoo it is necessary to accept and agree to the terms of use. §2 Xenyoo provides some features to give possibilities of communication to all users. Every user is responsible for the content of his communications. Pornographic, racialist and offensive contents or other contents violating the low as it stands now may cause the erasure of the account. This is for the general abuse of these possibilities. §3 No user is able to claim the participation of Xenyoo. The operator reserves the right for himself to delete player's accounts who are breaking the rules, the terms of use or violating the law as it stands now. §4 Cheating:  (1) The players bind themselves by this terms of use to own only one account. So called multi-accounts are not allowed.  (2) Schenkungen, loans or extreme preference transactions in any way in the game are not lawful. If one account is fleeced, the account and the recipient of the objects of the fleeced account will be deleted.  (3) Bugs have to be reported immediately. A use of bugs will be punished.  (4) Unknown gaps in the game which give several user an advantage may not be used. Player who use this gaps to get an advantage will be deleted §5 Bots and other tools which simplify or influence the game in any way are forbidden. §6 Xenyoo does not assume any liability for harm which is developed from using it. Compensation for damages is out of the question. §7 The membership can be quit at any time by deleting the account. §8 Every user has to obey the instructions and directives of the administrators and moderators. §9 If one of these paragraphs should lose its validity, all other paragraphs will stay valid.
